Mazano is a family-run business based in Swinton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.

We operate both online and from our physical retail premises.

How do I know which size to order?

Are your sizes standard UK sizes?

We sell products from different brands and manufacturers, so sizing can vary.

A medium in one brand may not fit exactly the same as a medium in another.

For this reason, we recommend checking the measurements provided for the individual product whenever available.

What if I need a larger or smaller size?

What can you have printed?

Do you offer bulk printing?

Can I order just one printed item?

How do I request a custom printing quote?

Do you deliver across the UK?

What happens if my order hasn't arrived?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Returns depend on the product, how it was purchased and the reason for the return.

For online purchases, UK consumer rules generally provide a cancellation period for many goods bought at a distance. There are exceptions, including certain personalised or custom-made items.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Can I return custom printed clothing?

Personalised or custom-made products can be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right in certain circumstances.

If you are ordering custom printed clothing, we recommend checking the details carefully before approving the order, particularly the garment, size, colour, artwork and print placement. 

If a personalised item is faulty or does not match what was agreed, different consumer rights may apply. 

What if my item is faulty?

If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the applicable consumer requirements, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll ask for the relevant order information and may request photographs or other details to help us assess the issue.

UK consumer law provides protections for goods that are not as described, are not of satisfactory quality or are not fit for purpose. 

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item that isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the item and its packaging until we have advised you on the next steps.
