Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom 3D printed items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) – available at an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or high demand.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to The United Kingdom. If your location isn’t listed, please contact us before placing an order.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Damages & Issues
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
