MAZANO LTD – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Mazano Ltd website and to purchases made directly from Mazano Ltd through our online store.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Mazano Ltd sells workwear, clothing, apparel, footwear, printed clothing, print-on-demand clothing and personalised/custom-printed products.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Products purchased through our store are sold by Mazano Ltd and not by Shopify.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
Mazano Ltd sells products including workwear, high-visibility clothing, casual clothing, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, trousers, fitness and gym clothing, footwear and related products.
We also sell clothing featuring designs created or offered by Mazano Ltd, including products that may be printed after an order is placed.
We additionally offer personalised and custom-printing services on selected products, including printing of customer-supplied logos, names, wording, photographs or artwork where accepted by us.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, specifications, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, the appearance of colours may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, monitor or device.
Minor variations may also occur as part of the normal printing or manufacturing process, provided that the product remains materially consistent with its description and any design agreed with the customer.
Product availability may change.
We may add, withdraw or discontinue products before an order has been accepted. This does not affect orders that we have already accepted or any rights available to customers under applicable law.
3. STANDARD PRINTED AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Some Mazano products feature designs created, selected or advertised by Mazano Ltd for general sale.
These may include printed T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets and other apparel.
A product does not become a personalised product simply because Mazano prints or produces it after the customer places an order.
Where a customer selects one of our standard advertised products or designs without requesting individual personalisation, it will normally be treated as a standard product and will be subject to our normal Returns & Refund Policy.
4. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-PRINTED PRODUCTS
Customers may be able to request personalisation including a company logo, personal or business name, customer-supplied wording, photograph, artwork, graphic or other customer-specific design.
Products created specifically according to an individual customer's requirements may be treated as personalised or customised products.
Because personalised products are produced specifically for an individual customer, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply where permitted by law.
Our Returns & Refund Policy provides further information about personalised products.
This does not affect a customer's statutory rights where a personalised product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.
5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED LOGOS, ARTWORK AND CONTENT
Where you provide us with a logo, photograph, artwork, wording, graphic, trademark or other material for printing, you confirm that you own the material or have the necessary permission or legal right for us to reproduce it for your order.
You grant Mazano Ltd the limited permission necessary to reproduce the supplied material solely for the purpose of processing, producing and fulfilling your order and dealing with any related customer-service issue.
Supplying material to Mazano Ltd does not transfer ownership of that material to us.
You must not knowingly ask us to reproduce material that is unlawful or infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
Mazano Ltd may refuse a printing request where we reasonably believe that fulfilling the request may be unlawful, infringe third-party rights or otherwise expose us to legal or regulatory risk.
Nothing in this section removes any legal responsibility that Mazano Ltd cannot lawfully exclude.
6. CUSTOMER APPROVAL OF PERSONALISED ORDERS
Where we provide a customer with a design proof, mock-up or other opportunity to approve personalised details before production, the customer is responsible for checking information such as spelling, names, numbers, wording, logo positioning, colours and other requested design details.
Once a customer approves the final design and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If Mazano Ltd produces a personalised product differently from the design or instructions that we agreed with the customer, this section does not affect the customer's rights in relation to an incorrect, faulty or misdescribed product.
7. PLACING AN ORDER
By submitting an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we may send an automated order acknowledgement.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We may need to check product availability, payment information, delivery details or personalised-printing requirements before accepting an order.
For standard products, acceptance will normally occur when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched.
For personalised products, acceptance may occur when we confirm the personalised order, approve the printing request or begin production following any required customer approval.
We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, a personalised-printing request cannot be fulfilled, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after taking payment and no amount is lawfully due, we will refund the relevant payment.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our UK website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless clearly stated otherwise.
Where applicable, displayed consumer prices include UK VAT.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
Customers will be given an opportunity to review their order and applicable charges before completing payment.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
We will not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been placed.
9. DELIVERY – UNITED KINGDOM
We deliver to supported destinations within the United Kingdom.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
For UK consumer orders, we will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If there is a significant delivery problem or delay, any statutory rights available to the customer remain unaffected.
10. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Where our checkout allows delivery to an international destination, Mazano Ltd may accept international orders.
Available destinations, delivery options and applicable charges will be shown during checkout.
International orders may be delayed by customs processing, local delivery services or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Depending on the destination and the method of sale, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country unless we clearly state that those charges are included.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protections that apply to an international customer.

Normal shop opening hours are:
Monday–Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: Closed
Customers should wait until they have received confirmation that their order is ready for collection before travelling to the shop where collection confirmation is required.
Opening hours may occasionally change during public holidays or exceptional circumstances. Where possible, updated opening information will be displayed on our website or other official business channels.
12. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
For purchases made by consumers, responsibility for goods normally passes to the customer when the customer, or a person nominated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts consumer rights provided by law.
13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases from Mazano Ltd are also governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
Mazano Ltd offers an additional 30-day return policy for eligible standard products, subject to the conditions explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
This additional 30-day policy is separate from statutory cancellation rights.
For eligible goods purchased online by UK consumers, the statutory cancellation period is normally 14 days after receiving the goods.
Customers who exercise a valid statutory cancellation right must return the goods in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refund Policy.
Our separate Returns & Refund Policy explains return methods, return postage, product condition requirements, refund processing, store returns and personalised-product exceptions.
14. PERSONALISED PRODUCT CANCELLATIONS
Statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to a customer's individual specifications or goods that are clearly personalised.
Examples may include products carrying a customer's own name, business logo, photograph, custom wording or individually supplied artwork.
However, a standard Mazano design that is generally offered for sale does not become personalised merely because the product is printed after the customer places an order.
Personalised-product exclusions do not affect a customer's rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
15. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
Products supplied by Mazano Ltd must comply with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the customer's statutory rights regarding goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

16. EXCHANGES
Our exchange arrangements are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Where we do not offer direct exchanges, customers may return an eligible standard item in accordance with that policy and place a separate order for the replacement item.
Personalised products cannot normally be exchanged solely because the customer changes their mind once production has begun, where the law permits such an exception.
17. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers may be able to place orders with or without creating an account depending on the options available through our website.
Where an account is created, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep your account credentials secure.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content created and owned by Mazano Ltd on our website, including Mazano branding, original text, graphics, photographs, logos and original designs, belongs to Mazano Ltd or is used by us with appropriate rights or permission.
You may use our website for personal and lawful purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or substantially copy Mazano-owned website content without our permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, logos, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of third-party intellectual property on a product or website does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or ownership by Mazano Ltd.
19. PRODUCT REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment or other content to Mazano Ltd, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
Submitted content must not knowingly be unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, infringe another person's rights or contain malicious software.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies and other technology providers.
Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Mazano Ltd remains the seller of products purchased directly from our store unless clearly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for the independent content or operation of unrelated third-party websites.
21. SHOPIFY
Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, the contract for products purchased from our website is between the customer and Mazano Ltd.
Shopify is not the seller of Mazano Ltd products.
22. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Mazano Ltd processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.
Shopify and other service providers may process personal information where necessary to provide ecommerce, payment, delivery or related services.
Please read our Privacy Policy for further details regarding how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
23. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical errors.
We may temporarily suspend, restrict or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
This does not affect any rights a customer may have in relation to an existing order.
24. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses or malicious software, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, unlawfully collect personal information, interfere with the security or normal operation of the website, or knowingly use our services in a way that infringes the legal rights of another person.
We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, business and customers where prohibited activity is detected.
25. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
For consumer purchases, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Different legal rules may apply where a customer purchases products wholly or mainly for business purposes.
26. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Some Mazano Ltd products, particularly workwear and personalised company clothing, may be purchased by businesses.
Where a purchaser is acting wholly or mainly for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession, consumer-specific cancellation rights may not apply.
Any separately agreed written terms for a business or wholesale order will apply to that order in addition to these Terms.
Nothing in this section excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
27. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate with the customer where appropriate.
Any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that arise because of a significant delay remain unaffected.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, printing services, website, business operations or applicable law.
The version that applies to a purchase will normally be the version in force when the relevant order is accepted.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order that has already been accepted.
The latest version will be made available on our website.
29. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
30. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections available to you under the applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections or rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
