For eligible online and distance orders placed with Mazano Ltd

You may use this form to tell us that you wish to cancel an eligible online or distance order. You do not have to use this form; any clear statement telling us that you wish to cancel is acceptable.

Important: For most eligible goods bought online, you can normally notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. Some goods are excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or misdescribed.

How to send your cancellation

By email: Send the completed information to mazanoltduk@gmail.com. We recommend using the subject line "Cancellation Request - Order [your order number]".

By post: Send the completed form to:

After notifying us of your cancellation, please follow the return instructions in our Returns & Refund Policy. Do not send goods to a different address unless Mazano Ltd has instructed you to do so.

Personalised and custom-made goods: The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If there is a fault, damage, incorrect personalisation or the product is not as described, please contact us because your statutory rights are not removed by this exception.
