Mazano Ltd offers in-house custom garment printing for individuals, businesses, teams, clubs, events and organisations. Whether you need a single personalised garment or a larger order, you can send us your requirements and we will confirm the available options, price and estimated production time before you commit to production.

Depending on the garment, design and print area, we can discuss printing on suitable items such as:

Printing Method

Our main in-house garment-printing method is DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for suitable fabrics and garments. DTF can be used for detailed, full-colour artwork, logos, names, text and graphics.

Not every garment or print area is suitable for heat-applied printing. Seams, zips, pockets, reflective tape, heavily textured fabrics, waterproof coatings and other garment features can affect where a design can be applied. We will confirm suitability before production.

Preferred Artwork Files

For the best result, please send the highest-quality file you have. Preferred artwork includes:

• PNG with a transparent background
• PDF artwork where suitable
• SVG, EPS or other vector artwork where available
• High-resolution JPG/JPEG where transparency is not required

Low-resolution screenshots, blurred images, compressed social-media images or artwork with unclear edges may need to be cleaned up or recreated before printing. If additional artwork preparation is required, we will tell you before production and confirm any additional cost.

Print size and placement depend on the garment size, garment construction and artwork proportions. Where exact placement is important, please tell us before approving the design.

Pricing

Custom-printing prices depend on the garment, quantity, artwork, print size, number of print positions and any artwork preparation required.

For larger quantities, we can provide a quotation based on your full requirements. Quantity pricing is not automatic because different garments and print layouts can have different production costs.

How to Order

1. Send us your requirements. Tell us the garment, colour, sizes, quantity, artwork and where you want the design printed.
2. We review the job. We check garment suitability, artwork quality, print position and any special requirements.
3. We confirm the price and estimated production time. You will receive the relevant quote or order information before you commit to production.
4. Artwork proof or layout approval. Where required, we send or show you the design, wording, size or placement for approval.
5. You approve the final details. Please check spelling, names, numbers, colours, positioning and garment sizes carefully.
6. Production begins. Once the required details and artwork have been approved, we print the order.
7. Collection or delivery. Once complete, your order can be dispatched using the delivery method selected or collected where collection is available.

Artwork Approval

Where an artwork proof or layout is required, production will not begin until the required design details have been approved.

Please check all names, spellings, numbers, garment sizes, colours, design placement and other personalised information before approval. Any delay in sending artwork or approving a proof may move the estimated production and dispatch dates.

Typical Turnaround

For straightforward small custom-printing orders, our typical production target is approximately 2–5 business days after final artwork and customisation details have been approved.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date. Larger quantities, complex artwork, special garment requirements, stock availability, busy periods or customer approval delays can require additional time. If your order has a different estimated production time, we will tell you before you commit to production.

Delivery/transit time begins after the order has been produced and dispatched. Express delivery does not automatically shorten the custom-production period unless we specifically confirm otherwise.

Urgent Orders

If you have a deadline, tell us the required date when requesting your quote. We will let you know whether the deadline is achievable. Please do not assume that an urgent deadline has been accepted unless Mazano Ltd confirms it.

Garment Sizes

Customisation does not change the underlying garment size. Please check the product-specific size chart or measurements before approving a personalised order.

Hi-Vis & Workwear Printing

We can discuss logo and text printing on suitable hi-vis and workwear garments. Printing positions may be limited by reflective tape, pockets, seams, zips, labels, coatings or the garment's construction.

Where a garment is sold as certified protective or high-visibility clothing, custom decoration must not be assumed to preserve or alter its certification. We will only offer printing where the garment and proposed print area are suitable based on the information available to us.

Personalised Orders, Cancellations & Returns

Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the usual statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

As an additional Mazano policy, if production has not yet begun, contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm whether the order can still be changed or cancelled.

Once production of a customer-specific personalised item has begun, we will normally be unable to accept a change-of-mind cancellation, return or exchange where the personalised-goods exception applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced, different from the approved design or not as described.

Standard Mazano Print-on-Demand Designs

Clothing printed after purchase using one of Mazano's standard advertised designs is different from a customer-specific personalised order. A standard Mazano design is not treated as personalised simply because it is printed after the order is placed. Eligible standard products remain subject to our normal Returns & Refund Policy.

Copyright & Artwork Responsibility

Please only submit artwork, logos, photographs, text or other material that you own or have permission to use. By asking Mazano Ltd to print customer-supplied material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use it.

We may refuse artwork that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully be reproduced or that is otherwise unsuitable for printing.

Delivery

Production time is separate from delivery/transit time. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, the applicable delivery service and estimated carrier timeframe will apply.
